I’m looking forward to attending my first Killer Nashville writers conference and networking with other authors, agents, and editors! It’s going to be hard to choose among the amazing breakout sessions and panels. I had the opportunity to sign books at The Next Chapter Books & Art shop in historic New Bern, N.C., near where we visit some good friends and vacationed for years. It’s a cute store that is owned by local author Michelle Garren-Flye and presided over by Derby the Cat. Don’t tell Flea Flicker.
